These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") govern the contractual relationship between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and ulartoto (hereinafter "ulartoto", "we", "us", or "the Platform") in connection with your access to and use of the ulartoto website accessible at https://ulartoto.cam and any associated mobile or web-based applications, products, and services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any additional rules, policies, and guidelines incorporated by reference herein (including but not limited to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy).

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. ulartoto reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the Platform. Your continued use following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance.

Participation on the ulartoto Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. ulartoto reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to be registered by a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all funds voided, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. If you suspect an individual under 21 is accessing this Platform, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. Access to and use of the Platform may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are not accessing it from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, ulartoto reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending wagers and bonuses, and withhold all associated balances pending investigation.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify ulartoto immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account. ulartoto shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
ulartoto is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant gaming environment. As part of this commitment, we operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All Users are required to complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal, and may be required to complete verification at any other time at ulartoto's discretion.
You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
ulartoto will endeavour to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documentation. In complex cases, the review period may be extended. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is successfully completed.
Players in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other locations in Malaysia are subject to the same KYC standards. There are no geographic exemptions.
ulartoto reserves the right, at any time and for any reason consistent with its compliance obligations, to request additional documentation or information from any User. Failure to provide requested information within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension pending review.
ulartoto supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX, direct bank transfers, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except where cryptocurrency is selected, in which case the MYR equivalent at the time of transaction is applied.
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated on the Platform for a specific payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately or within 15 minutes depending on the payment method selected.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that has been previously used for deposits, or to an account verified as belonging to the Account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for e-wallet methods and RM100 for bank transfers. Processing times are as follows:
These timeframes are indicative only. ulartoto does not guarantee processing within the stated windows and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or regulatory compliance holds.
Withdrawal limits apply on a per-transaction and daily basis, depending on your Account tier and the payment method selected. ulartoto reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal above applicable thresholds.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee, and balances remaining after the Account has been inactive for 24 consecutive months may be forfeited in accordance with our dormant account policy communicated at the time.
ulartoto offers a range of promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and loyalty programme benefits. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the promotion terms. For example, a wagering requirement of 25x on a RM100 bonus means you must place bets totalling RM2,500 before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable.
Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. The applicable game contribution rates will be stated in each promotion's specific terms. Live dealer games and sports betting markets may contribute at a different rate to slot games.
ulartoto takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses using duplicate Accounts, placing low-risk or opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements, using automated tools to place bets, or any other strategy that ulartoto determines at its sole discretion to be an abuse of our promotional system. Where abuse is identified, ulartoto reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend the Account, and permanently ban the User from future participation.
Bonus Funds that are not claimed within the promotion validity period, or where wagering requirements have not been met within the stated timeframe, will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
All wagers placed on the ulartoto Platform — whether on sports events including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UFC, or any other sporting event, or on casino games including live dealer tables, RNG slots, or lottery draws — are subject to the applicable product-specific rules published on the Platform.
ulartoto reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its absolute discretion, without providing a reason. A wager is only valid and binding once confirmed and a reference number has been issued to the User.
In the event of an obvious error in odds, prices, or game outcomes — including but not limited to technical errors, human error, or data feed failures — ulartoto reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes. Winnings derived from obvious errors will not be honoured.
A wager may be declared void under circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation; postponement beyond the stated settlement deadline; insufficient market liquidity; verified cheating or match-fixing; technical failure resulting in an incorrect price being offered.
ulartoto aims to settle all wagers promptly following the conclusion of the relevant game or event. Winnings from settled bets will be credited to your Account balance. Settlement timelines may vary and ulartoto does not guarantee a fixed settlement window.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities in connection with the Platform:
Breach of this Clause is a serious matter. Any violation may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities. ulartoto cooperates fully with regulatory and law enforcement investigations.
All content on the ulartoto Platform — including but not limited to logos, brand marks, software, game interfaces, graphic designs, text, images, audio-visual materials, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of ulartoto or its licensed third-party providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our express prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ulartoto, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
ulartoto does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ulartoto's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

For material changes, ulartoto will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Users via Platform notifications, in-account messaging, or email. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the jurisdiction under which ulartoto holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration or the relevant competent courts as determined by the applicable governing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms are drafted in the English language. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
